You really should talk about "The Hilarious House of Frightenstein" and how Billy Van changed how TV was done. Namely setting up a charecter, then shooting the entire season's skits in just a few days, then setting up and shooting the next character. Also how Vincent Price shot all his bits in 3 days for 2 seasons worth of shows.
Tatting looks like magic! I had never seen it so up close and it looks really great. I also love this combination of informative/historical deep dive with crafty goodness. And also your expressions in the reveal. You look like you're having a blast!

I want to make a lace collar one day (bobbin lace rather than tatting, as I am better at it) and your project solidified this plan.
Absolutely glorious! I've been anticipating this project and am so pleased to see it. Ah yes, Canadian TV, it's special! Not that I watch any TV these days, but I have memories. A lot of filming (both TV and movie) happens in my town, so I do occasionally wonder about certain shows, but not enough to pay for cable 🤣 Mostly though I just complain when filming redirects traffic or I find out that a "new" business is actually a set.
