As much as S2G is an entertaining, funny guy I am sure he is adjusting player growth to suit the narrative of the video better. After all, S2G is an entertainer, and knows that a solid story line is part and parcel of creating an entertaining, engaging video. Don't expect this type of player growth in your own career modes.
