- Hello, in todays video I do a step by step on how to change your engine oil on a 10th gen Honda civic. This will be a full DIY with all the steps to flush the old fluid and put in the new factory fluid. This vehicle has the 4 cylinder 2.0 liter engine. The total process took about 45 min. In the video I lay out all the tools that will be used to change the fluid and how to. This how to video will help you understand how to change the fluid and keep up with your 10th gen Honda civic. Having good fluid will allow your car to last much longer and get better gas mileage. The more strain on the engine hinders your fuel economy.
Thank you for checking out the video and I hope it helps with your car.

Where exactly is that jack point you used?
What did you put in the tank and why?
Fuel cleaning to ensure the system is being cleaned consistently and operates at its fullest compacity. How true this actually is I have no idea but Ill try to do wat I can to get the best gas milage and help the car last as long as possible.
wait you do it a bit differently with a 1.5T?
There’s enough of those look harder lol
Fuck that filter I did this a while ago(didn’t look up a video) and had to use like 10 different tools to take it out but after my oil change I had the B1 code pop out I did a rotation on my tires and recalibrated it and know have the A code after already doing a oil change
1:53 didn't work.... Please explain
Honda don't make there own oil.there name just on it.
Thank you for the comment!
That’s every dealer lol….
Base junk motor!
The 2.0 NA doesn’t have oil dilution problems like the 1.5 please be knowledgeable of what you’re talking about before you open your mouth
@@americanchauvinist1210 no issues here whatsoever on both of my 1.5t motors, only one worth getting anything NA is junk! You just too cheap too spend the money!
It's the more reliable engine.
@@robtankbuster5215 it’s slow as fk, anything without a turbo is useless
@Bbc418 it's slow because of the cvt transmission not the engine. if it had a standard transmission it's way quicker. cars are designed to be fuel efficient not fast . if that's what you are look for get a civic type R
