You have to try a Les Mills Body Combat or Body Attack class. They use hard dance music.
I really enjoy that this is actually a video for beginners with little to no experience. This routine is accessible and easy to jump into. I have no fear of getting frustrated by lack of experience as I start this.

My eight -year old boy loves your music as well as the way you dance. He even wants to learn how to do it. We'll keep watching your video tutorials because it's a great way to spend time with my kid and learn something we both love.

Well here i am an elder goth full of arthritis & on crutches for life but JEEEEEEEEZ i LOVE this! You have helped me more in this one video than 8 months of hospital physio did for me 8 year ago. I always loved to dance, raves, nightclubs, anywhere i could cut some rug as they say in Yorkshire. Brioni, you're amazing & thankyou ❤🖤❤

I am finding the most I can do is half time due to my I guess you could say improperly healed rotator cuff.
I appreciate you, your Music is so theraputic I swear, and I appreciate these videos to teach industrial dance. I am long over do, but I have been trying this one for like....Give or take 20 minutes. It feels right to learn this dance, I just cannot go at top speed. Perhaps one day. But hey, half time is better than I cant at all.

Please make more! I have mastered the memory of the moves and am learning to perfect them but I need more moves! Specially with the arms begin twisted and throwing the arms forwards and backwards and maybe more kicks involved too.

Hey Brioni... I like this dance tutorial very much and you're in purple... YAY!!! It's just easy to follow and awesome easy in basic moves... the first I did when I started to dance was just moving my hips left and right with the different beat speeds... first without arm movements... just to get a feeling for the songs rhythm and speed... later you can move hips instead of every 4 on every 2 or so to speed dancing up, but depends on the song... looking forward to the next part... 😍🤗🤘💜💜💜

I'm new to this and suck BIG ass in dancing. And wanting to get more into Cybergoth stuff this looked like a dance style that would be easy to learn. (easy it isn't but it's something i can learn) Always had a feel for beat and singing so why not add this and it be good for a fitness to ngl xD ahhahaha. I will definitely sub and practice more while also gathering stuff to make own Cyberlox and hopefully get friends into this as well!!

Lol... focus on the form of each movement slowly at first, and maybe watch the first tutorial for the basics and fundamentals. ruclips.net/video/6ssKOIpwJIA/видео.html Upright body, clear defined movements. If you start slow and get the movements right first... when speeding up it doesn't look out of control. :))) And practise in front of the mirror!
