One thing what I noticed in ur pathiri video is after reducing the flame, u stirred the dough for some more time & then u mentions that now V will off the flame, so how much more time did u kept it in flame?? I mean there’s time lag between reducing flame & switching it off…
Dear Reshmi chechi, V tried ur pathiri two times, but didn’t turn good. V didn’t understand where it went wrong.. After pressing the dough, when V release it from that plastic cover, it gets crack… how it happened so??
I tried her recepy of pathiri and it came out really well. I think you should take the exact amount of ingredients as explained in her video. To avoid crack I took it really slowly from the plastic cover otherwise it cracks . But over the time I became pro in making pathiri and got lots of compliments. Thank you Reshmi chechii 🥰
