  • This is a really old RC plane but I decided to give a go as I really wanted to try a smaller version of the E-Flite Extra 300. This plane is a more nimble and compact Extra 300 and it flies great. So is it golden?
In this video I feature built, flight and talk about it in comparison with some E-Flite planes.
    I fly mine on a 4s 2200mAh battery with a Spektrum NX10 transmitter.
    Technical data
    Wingspann: 1200mm
    Lenght: 1086mm
    Weight: 1450g

A very helpful, practical and realistic review and demonstration of this airplane.

Good call, chuckin' those wheel pants. I'll take robust "off road" gear over "scale" runway gear every time. That's an interesting rudder assembly they've got on this plane. Snap fit. Huh.
I'm a sucker for flaps and I'm wondering if you kept the ailerons separate in the receiver, if you could get away with flaperons on an AR620. Hmm.
I'm jealous of your Avain ESC stock, man. That's the absolute 1st upgrade item for my Pa18 SuperCub... still. Ugh.
Thanks for another cool video, Lapeos 👍

Thanks man! Wheel pants well I remove them most often as it just becomes so much better on grass. I don't think flaps or flaperons is something I would want or need on an aerobatic symmetrical winged plane. It flies so controlled as is with the huge wing surface so not needed.
