Hello ! First of all Thank you for what you are doing! Ive Tried to buy a coffee but whatever reason this like doesn't working for me. I'll try at home latter. I really hoping this channel still supported
Hey! I love this video! I already knew how to play it, but I was just seeing how you taught it, which is perfect, and you have free backing tracks! I'm starting a Saxophone Cover Channel and I don't have backing tracks, and I cant make any cuz I don't play drums, so thanks! Much appreciated!
Thanks for this Paul. Can you explain how you do the fall when yoi go through the whole song. Would love to try incorporate that...if i can haha (7 weeks in to learning)
Hi Paul, the main thing to do is to add one finer on at a time quickly while relaxing your embouchure, you can do this by going quickly down a chromatic scale (harder) or just down notes from the scale (easier). It’s quite a tricky technique so don’t worry if your very new to sax.

That is your octave key, the key next to your left hand thumb rest. It puts the note up one octave higher (higher notes) on the sax. When you see this push it down with your thumb.
That’s called legato tonguing, it’s where you continue to blow but also very lightly and quickly tongue the note, it will make the note sound almost slurred, but they will still be articulated lightly.
