First goes the hyperfixation of a character and searching up “Listener Martyn” (hypothetical example of course, totally not me) and looking through every page and going on any fic that peaks your interest then saving about 6 fics (or way more-) to keep up with because they’re ongoing chapters or already finished and you wanna reread (again, hypothetically-)

the amount of times people discontinue a fanfic just when it gets to the good part is just painful 😭😭😭

Oh my gosh I’m not a fan of the discontinued fanfics those make me so sad when I read something and the author decides to never write the ending ☹️
But what’s even worse is when the author just poofs. And then you wait months for new chapters that will never come, because they never officially declare it discontinued. Like please, just say you abandoned it so I stop having hope that you’ll post more again. PLEASE!😭

I MEAN, IT WAS ALREADY AN INTERESTING IDEA IN SUMMARY BUT THEY MADE REALLY GOOD WORLDBUILDING AND GAVE BACKSTORIES TO A LOT OF CHARACTERS THAT HELPED A TON IN MAKING IT A GREAT FIC!
