Sir, In my department one member has got transfer and replaced by another member. Award of contract is complete for one tender. I want to replace user A with user B. How do i do this?
If Tender is already opened (Technical and Financial ) then award can be done by anyone in your dept. For new tenders you are advised to choose the new user as bid opener instead of previous one.
dear Sir, Department is facing dsc error while technical opening of a tender. Error details are : "certificate which is required for decrypting this tender is not available in the dsc/e token Please insert your eToken or Smart card." kindly help us solve the error.

You reset the password by using Generate forget link given on the portal, then login and map your new dsc

As soon as the currently mapped dsc is expired portal will allow u to map new one.

This may appear if you have changed or renewed the dsc after publishing the tender. Make sure to use only old (even expired ) dsc to open the tender

You need to make sure to use class 3 dsc only. Class 2 dsc are not allowed on eprocurment anymore
