  • In this lesson we shall learn how to find the absolute minimum and maximum of multivariable functions.
    Absolute minimum is the least value of f(x,y) in a closed and bounded set of a continuous function.
    Absolute maximum is the highest value of f(x,y) in a closed and bounded set of a continuous function.
