    I read Dr Panda’s book - The Circadian Code - and have put the six rules into practice and I’ve had solid sleep for several weeks now. I’m really mindful of my new routine and actually enjoy an afternoon walk, turning the lamps on at dusk, planning my (low carb) dinner time. Now that my kids are grown, I’m now free to go to bed early to read, journal, watch Dr Panda videos🙂 and give my body permission to switch to night mode. P.S. A tip for young mums: I’ve always avoided bright overhead lights because I found lamplight was more calming for my four children after hectic days at school, sport etc.
