So happy you mentioned the ceiling height when you entered the foyer, but would still love to know the ceiling height in the main room and kitchen, as well as the bedrooms when the height changes. The tile work in the bathrooms looked amazing going up to the ceiling, but I couldn’t tell if those were 10ft, 12ft, or taller ceilings. Keep up the great work, LOVE your videos!
@@VerisimilitudeDude I went back and watched the video again myself paying attention to the backsplash, I think I understand what you’re talking about. It is supposed to be a contemporary modern design because it has that silver foil and that interwoven pattern, but it can come across a bit too traditional and I think you’re right. I think it’s a little out of place in such a modern looking home. Appreciate the comment.
@@tonyheper bonita Springs has a much more limited selection of waterfront properties. They don’t have the same selection because they don’t have the extensive canal system that we do in Cape Coral. That said there are some excellent waterfront homes available they are usually about 30% more expensive than what you’re going to get in Cape Coral. I live and work in Cape Coral and do not service Bonita however as said there are many nice homes there as well.
Beautifully made, very modern, actually my style. There must be a safe hidden somewhere in this house with a corresponding number of gold bars. I can't explain the price of over 2 million otherwise.
I don't know... I went back and even looked at the listing photos and if you do that there is no pictures of the main shower spout. I mean there has to be, right? But not only did I not notice it also the photographer never got it in the shot. I will have to go back and take a look now.
Yup, I mean when I saw it first I was not sure but it grew on me so much that I actually went back and reshot the video, you will see there is a cut right when I go into the bathroom. I did this to make sure to get the color accurately. The green is very unique. It is so over powering that you just fall for it...

Nice house and the elevation on it is great.
Our current house is real close to this. It is a quiet neighborhood.
No bridges to get out, bonus here.
Sounds very nice.
Love everything EXCEPT the backsplash in the kitchen. That would be a deal breaker for me. Otherwise, exquisite!!

Like this, but i prefer to purchase a waterfront house in Bonita Springs. Is there something similar available in Bonita Springs?

Steve, I assume there was a rainfall shower in the ceiling of the primary bath that you did not show is this true?

Yes, it has a rainfall shower way up high... I missed it. Thanks for pointing this out.
@@stokesrealestate thanks Steve as always enjoyed the tour
Everything is perfect in this house, the location, the floorplan, the finishes... Love the shiplap formed stucco! But, man, $862/ft^2...
Just wait... it's all going to go up even more. We are going SKY HIGH.
This home screams masculinity the wall accents some diagonal some horizontal, my wife wouldn't like the emerald, green bath tiles I like them!
@gregorymcfarland8413 goodness, I hate the color green but, I love that bathroom. It is so abnormal, it is great.

Kind of strange hodge podge of styles and colors. Weird accent walls. Other than that a great house
