Oh Steve here we go again. What a beauty...LOVE this home inside and out. Sooo much more than what I need but exactly what I like. Don't care for the oak but yes it definitely softens the ultra modern esthetic. WoW that bathroom with the black tub, water closet with window...closets all yes! Price Ugg now how do I move forward/away from this. Gonna have to quit you Steve 😂
These softer colors introducing a little light oak is more of my style. I love this house. They kept the tile in the bathrooms the same instead of eight different patterns. Love the floors. Love the kitchen love the double island. The garage door don’t seem to be impact. Love the outdoor kitchen
Yes I agree with everything you are saying. I really like the softer colors and the oak, it seems like a lot of builders are trying to hard with a fake high end look that ends up looking cheap and tacky, but not this. Tundra builders do along of this type of design. Those are impact garage doors but I agree they do not look like it.
You are doing a great job with these videos. With regards to the house, overall I think it is beautiful. But I do not like the oak and would never consider it. All that oak makes the house look dated. My major concern would be that if I bought a house with all that circa 1990’s oak, when I go to sell it everyone will think it looked like a 90’s flip rather than new ‘24 construction. I view using so much "classic wood" as a risky move. While it could pay off for the right buyer, I think that is a smaller pool than the more modern look has. In addition, while it’s great to be so close to open water, there is no privacy element at all. Your video even proves that. It’s just TOO MUCH "risk" for THAT MUCH money.

Please don't quit, and thanks for the comments.
Excellent house and the price suddenly doesn't sound sky high considering the premium location and the neighborhood
