I've seen a BLH game where like 20 minutes was just BCs giving Thors the runaround, jumping back and forth, it was infuriating. This one was a rollercoaster from start to finish.
Like Winter has said before, BLH is all about who can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory
Trying to beat the pointless backdoor bunker is really what in the end cost Andrew the game :D

I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity, and I would just like to say thank you soooo much!!! Whenever I'm sad or going through stuff, I just think to myself that I've been casted by winter himself! And... I've gotten some youtube fans? I hope XD. It really does lift my spirits though to see my own games, especially this one. I actually watched it on the twitch past broadcasts as I missed it by an hour XD - I didn't even recall what happened this game, so it was like playing it all over again :) -although I did cringe a lot at my mistakes. You were clearly the superior player in this match, your micro was really fun to watch and you were always focused on the economy, like you should. The game itself was very entertaining, not counting the last few minutes, but even there you showed off the skill by not trying to end the game. That's something that even the pros have trouble with, when you are ahead just sit back, and get further ahead until you are sure to win. Of course you do need to keep the tabs on the opponent so they do not run away with your game
As for what you can improve, the most noticeable thing for me would be your army supply, which was pretty much non existent for the most of the game, it would also help you with all the excess minerals you banked up after returning to the game. And yeah, really nice game, do keep improving and show us more of your games, hopefully next time I see you play is not in Bronze League Heroes ^^'

I wish XD - that would be utterly amazing, unfortunately I'm only plat 1 :/ Did defeat a few diamonds but I got into a losing streak recently and have begun losing to gold players :( . Ah well - perfect opportunity to learn!

thank you!! Although I did mess up quite a few times :(. The hardest time to control a unit for me are when it pops out from something like a rax or bunker XD - they fly fast so it's hard to click them, and if I'm also microing something else - they sometimes just dive straight in the middle of the marines. I'm still learning though - someday I'll get there :)
His BC saves, and yamato was on point. Don't forget that.
@@yjzhou1 You can try setting the rally point to on of the units you are microing, if it dies then it will pop the unit out normally but its something to think about.
@@yjzhou1 If you click and drag to make a box that selects the unit that's helpful for getting those units. Thank you for your entertaining replays and your positivity!
@@yjzhou1 You can just tell them to auto run to the back of your base. Just change their waypoint from the building.
If you want to introduce someone to Bronze League Heroes, and what it really stands for, then show them this video, it has it all, a underdog, sick micro, vs upgrades, strange decisions , all that we want from a true BLH
I love how in bronze league there's only 2 options: cheese or sit with everything in your base for 20 minutes while you max out on tier 3.
At least they know tier 3 exists. That's pretty advanced compared to some.
Tier 3? Dont u mean tier 1 since its practically the first unit you always get?! =P (jk jk)
I've literally got out of bronze today just by learning how to wall and learning to press any advantage.

30 minutes of quite active duty, that has to be some kind of record for a Battlecruiser in service.
It only have 5 kills, but 5 kills was all it needed. It helped save the game just by existentially existing out on the map that was dark and full of Terran! It was also helped by the hero squad of 5 Reapers that gave their lives to keep the enemy economy in check.

I think that this game is perfect demonstration that more shit doesn't always counter less shit. At least for first 40 minutes of the game.
Seems our hero won by virtue of building workers and taking bases, compared with his opponent who struggled to leave his main. All he needs is to build upgrades and he'll be silver in no time.
Lol I know! This is the epitome of guerilla tactics and simply expand so much that you cannot be wiped out.

That is one of the best BLH games in a while! Kind of crazy what a difference those armor upgrades make!
BC has 3 base armor and only 5 base anti air dmg, so at +2 armor vs +0 atk the enemy BCs only do 0.5 damage per shot leaving them at ~3 dps so it takes 3 minutes for a +0 Atk BC to kill a +2 armor BC without yamato
This was literally my favorite match of starcraft in thousands of games both played personally and watched online.

Bronze League Heroes: They are more heros then WCS Pro players.
They are Marines, Zealots and Zerglings of the army (while pros are BC, Tempest, Corruptor),
They are maybe weak by their own, but when they fight, you don't know who gonna win.
I think broodlord is a better example for the zerg =).

yjzhou is one of those non professional sportmens who just work for entertainment. Wining in a run against a 5 year old, not drowning in the pool an more even less impressive achievements. Nobody pays them but the crowd likes their tries.
I appreciate the glory and fame it brings me :D. But I can't do it professionally haha. The comments and likes of people from the internet is good enough for me :)

I don't play starcraft at all really, but watching Bronze League Heroes...it makes me think I couldn't do worse. I then realize I could end up being content for this if I even tried.

I thought he would build a engineering bay and convert the second cc to a fortress. stop all that one time, then build up. I won a game like that one time against his. fortress held the front, while I built shuttles and dropped his base.

a +3+3 BC against a +0+0 BC, it hits 12 times harder than it gets hit.
Wouldn't it be 7 times? Since my bc did 1 damage and his, im assuming did 7 since 4 damage - 3 for armor is 1, so the base is 4 and then 4 + 3 from the upgrade is 7. I should probs look it up xd

When shot, 6 damage vs 6 armor: 0.5 damage per hit (anything with same or more armor as the attack gets dealt 0.5 damage in sc2)
When shooting, 9 damage vs 3 armor: 6 damage per hit
