- river pike lure fishing with the miraus mouse and it is soooo good! My wife brought me this lure for Christmas and I haven't really given it a proper go so I wanted to wait until the new season to give the miraus mouse a proper chuck chasing those river pike with lures. River pike lure fishing is by far my favourite style and species to fish for and I get an absolute buzz catching with different lures just having a laugh and enjoying the lure fishing.

Mate you have to try the LMAB drunk dancer, I have the 15cm and they can’t resist it. For the money (about £5) for me it has the mouse beat.
Ahh I have one of these lures mate they are definitely good and especially for the price ! I think would actually make a good tail for the mouse to ! The mouse is defo alot of money, I just personally enjoy catching on different lures when I fish. I tend to ask for the expensive ones for christmas 🤣😃Drunk dancer is decent as you say 👌💪

Think I must be the only person in Britain who hasn’t had a thing on a miuras mouse . Tried them on rivers , canals and stillwaters and never even had a follow yet I’m getting loads on glidebaits , crank baits , topwaters and soft plastics like Medusa’s . Tried different retrieves , speeds and depths for zero interest. The last time I used it I kept it on for ages trying to catch on one yet as soon as I changed in just 3 casts I had one on a medussa and 2 on a squirrely Burt from the same swim I’d just used the mouse , must just be a bogey lure for me
You’re not the only one. Since I got the lure, never had a either strike or follow. Btw, Ive MM for a whole year. What a waste of money 😂 Still happy tho, friend of mine bought 3 different colurs of overhyped DiscoPike hand maded by some polish lad here in Ireland and each of lure is 60€. Not a single bite. Alot of hype over goby shad, kofi perch etc. and on the and of the day, most of the pikes getting on old good shadteez 16cm
can confirm sir you are not the only one struggling with the miuras mouse! i thought it would be better in winter due to it being a slow lure so will have to wait and see! im sure the mouse in the video is a mini not the full size version! im getting loads of action on the 16cm westin shadteez at the moment, well worth a look.
Hi Guys, I can confirm the mouse was a mini in this! I wasn't sold on it through the winter tbh wasn't what I thought it would be, however this short session definitely changed my mind ! However for the price paid I still prefer the otus or peto or even the jig fly 👌💪
@@Strike4Pike thanks for the reply, i have an otus,peto and jig fly! Never had any luck with fly’s though! Id highly recommend a 16cm westin shadteez though if you can get your hands on one!
