OKC wanted us to also take Westbrook and were asking for Anunoby, Siakam, Vanvleet, picks.

So the raptors would be in clippers position now and owe all of future to the okc thunder.
Kawhis legs are done and Paul George is more interested in podcasts than anything else.
It was a blessing for the raptors. We got a young team and all of our picks for the future.

Now yes. But the two years after he left Toronto he as statistically even better than during the championship run.

i think the experiment didnt work, the clippers shown that that kind of team will not win championships. Kawhi leaving for the clippers was a mistake. Our team in 2019 was perfect for Kawhi. The maturity, defensive mentality and coaching was ideal. If you look at how they gutted the clippers for the pg trade is still haunting them, no picks until 2030? And PG just left them without any assets coming back. Thats gambling their future. I think our management did the right thing, although we are seeing the bottom at the moment, its just a phase we will get back again.

This is old news, Raps would of had to get rid of two fifths of the starting lineup, a good bench player and 4 first rounders and 2 swaps.

I personally think, if you have the team, just go all out for it

In hindsight, might of been interesting, but you would of had to give up Siakam , one of Lowry or pre selfish FVV, and Powell as well as all those picks, and the impending continuing injuries of Kawhi and George, hindsight wasn't all that good.
Now would of been a ride.
