Got the 2019 is350 with the same mufflers. its very quiet in eco mode. a little louder than stock on normal mode and you get a bit of drone and a good rumble on the outside on sport plus mode

Is the drone mostly present at low rpms? I know everyone has different levels of tolerance to drone, but is it OK for long trips?

Yes resonator is factory. I replaced just axle back mufflers. I installed too intake cooling system, sound excellent. But me need time for make video
