Nkwobi is a Nigerian native delicay prepared with cow foot. It is a very traditional delicacy served to special guests. I added ugba/ukpaka to this recipe. The end result is amazing. Enjoy with palm wine!
This dish is similar to Isiewu, only difference is the use of cowfoot instead of goathead.

ogiri
crayfish
pepper
salt
seasoning cube
palm oil
akawu/ngu
onions and vegetables for garnishing
