They’ve always paid………. In the end
Its either in money or in flesh I guess.
@@ScottMcMaster-er4xj I mean a pound of flesh is terrifying... so money it is right!
I did not pay. He can’t make me
He sure can otherwise consider moving countries @@poalima6527
@@poalima6527probably can’t but you will one way or another. Your body is a walking bank 🧍♂️

Serious question what happens if they show up and the guy hurts them badly?
@@William.H.Bonney1what’s the Question? Thays just a statement 😅
@@georgeherbert248 are you slow?
@@William.H.Bonney1 no - are you?
It was clearly a question saying what happens if the guy they go see that owes them money winds up being bad enough to hurt them instead
That silence to his question was Deafening.
prob didnt want to say about sadistic or killing it
"What's the worst thing you've ever done to somebody who hasn't paid?"

"...They've always paid."
or he is just a poser who couldn't make up a good answer on the spot
That one friend you owe a pint to:
😂
“What’s the worst thing you’ve done to something who hasn’t paid”
“They always pay in the end”
That doesn’t sound as reassuring as I wanted it to.
😂😂
You can be reassured that whatever happens to you, if you owe him money, you will be done with your debt at least. Now whether or not you *survive* to enjoy your freedom is another story altogether.
@@SirePunsactions do indeed have consequences.😂
also it seems that he does have precautions. He make sure that people could pay him before he lends a huge sum for example
He looks like it's the 80s and it's northern Ireland
He looks like it's the 90s and it's Basque Country.

They’ve always paid……maybe with their lives, but they always pay at the end 😂
💀
Or other people's lives.
I've seen the full interview and he said he never killed anyone - he actually mentioned that there were 2 where the person in debt died so he forgave the debt. He also mentions that he doesn't lend money when he can tell he won't get it back.
Same can't be said about banks and those loaning companies, can it? I remember how in the full interview video the reporters were saying that loan sharks 'pray on the lower and middle class' as if the bank and companies mentioned above didn't do the same.
I got a one of those “pre-approved” loan checks in the mail just the other day. It was 49.99% APR. One breaks your credit score, this guy breaks you knee caps.
Kneecaps are probably heals faster than the score I bet
depends on the loan but there is a good chance the knee caps are cheaper :D
Buddy still has the sticker on his sunglasses lol he bought that outfit especially for the show lol
😂😂😂
I mean duh. What do you think, he actually walks around in this outfit?
Hahaha nice
@@kirihara147 So he had no time to take the sticker off at least?
So that people - the police - won't recognize him by his clothes. He's not wearing that getup because it's stylish.
Bank: saves their property to end up taking it in the end anyway
Loan shark: saves their property and breaks a leg or two
Interest rates are high? 50% is insanity
Yea but if your a criminal needing a loan what other option have u got? That’s where the money is for this guy
@@BBBhop Well 50% in a short amount of time is. But at least it's not the 20 to 30% per year interest the credit cards will give you without an expiration date. As in it compounds which is worst than something straight forward.
Title Loans in the US can be high as 500% in some states.

Yeah, the interest rates are high, but our former client testimonials make it crystal clear: ATTENTION TO CLIENT AND QUALITY OF SERVICE IS UNMATCHED.
humiliation and the fear or something like that going to your relatives and friends and even co workers is something that always makes them pay back. It's not always violence as people imagine it, it can be something much much worse.
He wanted to say it but knew he couldn’t.
That pause was him navigating his language to ensure what comes out can't be used against him.
"If I speak I am in big trouble, big trouble... I don't want to be in big trouble"
Finally, an interview with the chairman of Amigo Loans
Bro "Im not even that stingy" Also bro:
A 6-inch wooden dowel and a light tap on the knee caps creates all the fear and confusion of broken knees without the pesky injuries that prevent people from going to work. The day I stopped lending was the day my best mate told me to my face he wasn't gonna pay, he didn't appreciate the wooden dowel and I didn't appreciate having to do that to a mate.
"People that come to me cannot get regular loans from people like you or banks"
"So you mean to say you're jesus christ himself?"
He thinks saying "you could say that" will protect him 😂
In a way, he is correct. People like him need to be around
The gears were certainly turning when he was asked that question.
"How do I say they died without saying I killed them...?"
😂😂the short breaths and hesitation says a lot about what’s the worst that happened to someone who didn’t pay 😅
People with bad credit literally can't go the legal route.
And somehow I still trust this guy more then my local bank
I missed my mobile phone bill payment a few times, now I can only borrow from people like him. Glad we still have them.
I can’t tell if this is sarcasm or not
I think he attempted sarcasm but didn't pull it off.😂
@@Hhhhh12864 It's not. If you have low income, it takes *very* little to ruin your credit score for good.
“Theyve always paid” that says it all
I can’t figure out who would be more ruthless…..the banks or this guy 🤷
banks, this guy actually lends money
Tickled em
Most definitely.
you could say that
I just can't get over the steamed up sunglasses. what a true roadman
Anything he does, other than asking, is illegal.
Just make sure you can defend yourself, and you'll be fine in court later.

They money he gets I don't think so 😂😂😂😂😂
This is hilarious! I'm dead. 😂😅
We all know , he CANT answer that question, honestly
This is so funny 🤣
Why? Because you reject 98% of those that need it
i know a guy who borrowed 250 K to build a grow op. he paid 50% vig on a one year term. By the end of the year the debt and vig was paid. Three years later he had a million in cash and a 500 000 house paid for. Now he is in the legal market and owns a mid sized licensed LP. Sometimes it pays to take risks.
He is a rare. Most people that take his risks either get arrested at some point during the grow, or get robbed, or get caught out via HMRC...there are so many things that could go wrong. He just got lucky.
@@jamese5936 lucky for now, house will get taken off him if its proved it was bought with drug money

There is nothing wrong with what he does as long as people can afford to pay it back.
The only difference between the two is that one is wearing a suit

To be honest that actually shows that we live in a world with honour, but I get what you mean, it feels weird

About as real as a ghost chasers programme
He thought about that one and realized that admitting that anyone didn't pay would be a sign of weakness.
Dude was weoghing what degree of an answer would make the interviewer not immediately call the cops.
i asked him for a cigarette once and two days later he showed up at my house
The actor they had play a loan shark clearly has no idea how loan sharks actually work.
He acted like Rorschach from DC.
How a gangster justifies crime to by I self. He’s “saving them their properties”.
Jesus Christ that is the most terrifying answer he could have given
The moment he asked the question the dude flashbacked to when he was breaking a man's second arm against a bat as he screamed "PLEASE STOP I WILL PAY PLEASE!" And came back to reality to the answer of "they always pay."
The government needs to provide a service so that people like this can't exist without the need to pay.
They always pay in the end…..with their lives?
I mean the guy is technically right, where there's a hole in the market, someone's going to fill it even if you like it or not.
I don't know about this guy but many who start these businesses start by stealing off others so my question is are they going to payback those people who they stole from with 50% interest , ?
Hypocrites
well, its about criminals, thats the name if the game, you take from people, period. He just thinks its "just" cause now he lends money. That he started as a low life criminal an already harmed people with no money involved id s point criminals like to forget.
Alex is a legend on my housing estate he's always helping out the old people and he always understands if you can't pay back on time as long as you do pay him back
Bro looks like he couldn’t beat an egg
That is the CEO of your local payday loan office :-)
With interest rates as high as they are you might as well borrow from this guy lol
The UK : OI m8 pay up!
The US : BOOM
Gotta respect the hustle
At least this guy wouldn’t effect your credit score
Right, I could see people saying, I got two broken legs but at least my credit is clear.
i'd take a flat 50% interest rate over a constant interest rate over time
We get loans from third party loan companies that are owned by basically the same people who charge 118% on a loan for $300 and we’re calling this man a criminal for charging 50% I wish business was still openly ran this way. It would force everyone to sort themselves out, or at the very least be more resourceful.
Well he can’t just *TELL* you, you’ll have to find out by not paying him.
His offering a good service. Where do I go for this type of lending ?
Mans got fluff gloves on like hes out in the snow 😂
I borrowed 50p for the pool table a few years back, i forgot all about it and now the interest is 140 grand.
he giving the sopranos vibes when he answers the first question 😂
"in the end they've always paid" yeah this guy is full of it. not everyone has the money right then and there.
Probably means that in the worst case, he and a couple of his buddies just beat the tar out of the debtor in their own home and steal anything valuable they can find.
what if they don't have the money? call the police i doubt it!
He thinks he's a big man and that gets him what he wants
Until the person he lends to is far more crazy than he is lol
Money is the route of all evil
They could literally arrest this guy, like he’s right there
They could. But they'd still need proof the actually be able to charge him with anything
for what, its not illegal to lend money
