I like the idea of sewing the pocket. I have never tried that. I don't really like using foam tape and layering paper takes so many layers and sometimes warps. I did make several in the past with the fuse tool, but then I've had them leak. I think it depends on the type of acetate because some don't seal as well.
I'm pretty sure she just buys hers on Amazon, it's the kind that is used for cakes. And she gets in in a roll. I've heard her mention it several times in her videos. There's also different thicknesses you can buy of acetate. I typically buy different types on Amazon as well, but if you buy the thinner acetate it's a lot easier to die cut.
