Rabbi Elie's Pre-Shabbos Message - Oct 20, 2023

Be sure to join us this Shabbos - Unity is our most powerful weapon and we need all the strength we can get.
I encourage all of you to do three things:
1. Visit the special webpage we have set up, www.fhjc.ca/ironsword , to review 2 initiatives being promoted by some of our members who have previously served on the front lines or who are there right now!
2. Join me on Sunday night at a community-wide gathering at Bais Yaacov Elementary School to say Tehillim and pray for our brethren in Israel. I’ve been asked to participate and will be one of the featured presenters. We are co-sponsoring this event - see the flyer in the bulletin.
3. All men should Join us on Monday night in the Kollel as we learn Torah together to spiritually strengthen our forces, and in honour of the brave men and women serving in the Tzahal who risk their lives to protect Israel.
