I would really like to play on this server because I love immersive gameplay in such games. Is there any option for me to turn off the reticle? It really breaks immersion for me ..

You can play on the Ultimate Survival server and Meat Grinder, they don't have the reticle.

I know this vid is months old yet my question is how long does it take for the body to despawn ? And why was the loot on the roof and scattered ? Did another player help with that or was that a bug issue ?

25 mins for body to despawn and if someone searches you or you die twice before getting to your first body it will be spread out like that.
