I think Rob McCallum was perfect for Baki in the early seasons like the Childhood Arc-Maximum tournament. Hot blooded, wound tight, feels like he has something to prove. Troy Baker’s take post Maximum Tournament fits as Baki is a lot more laid back and mellow’d out after all the experience he’s had in the prior arcs.

The only problem with the Dub is Retsu and Yujiro. A little bit off for a Legendary Chinese Warrior and Strongest Creature Alive. But I would say Jack in the Dub Version is better for having so calm, mannered yet agressive and ruthless.

I like how here he's all "thank you Kozue you've helped me so much" in the first half of this season then in the second half he's like "I'm a hard ass MF I don't need you Kozue"... we don't see her in any seasons after this anymore either and they just focus on fighting, it's such a pity.

@@edwardgaines6561 I'm more of a sub guy since some of the Japanese Voice Actor are too good but I could say the same for English Dub since Cowboy Bebop and Baccano Dub is better than the Original Japanese Voice. Japanese Dub better than English Dub normally the case but some of the English dub is better than the Japanese for sure. When its come to Baki, I like Japanese more since it so fit to the character, like Yujiro voice is so good everytime I read Yujiro line in the Manga, I can imagine Yujiro voice saying that line
