hi fellow builders, here is my build vlog of my first MODEL kit from italeri. the 1/9 scale BMW R75 Join this channel to get access to perks: / @johnbuildsiconic
Well I really like the work you have done I have been watching your videos an I oh my what a great job you are doing I got hurt awhile back an I am crippled up an in a wheelchair now an I am getting into the hobby I have just been getting my tools together mat an airbrush an some paints an a few things because I have just found your page an oh my gosh I like what you are doing I am going to make me a mini table saw because I have been into rc,s for a long time an I have a lot of powerful motors an I think building one will be a good ideal so I can build it to me if you know what I mean an thank you for the great videos
Your work on patina and weathering was worth every moment spent on this superb model. As orhers have said, without prior knowledge it would easily pass as 1: 1 in the right environment. Great job John and hope you're happy to add to your fantastic collection 👍
Nice work John, I have this kit in my stash along with the Kettenkrad and the Zundapp with sidecar, thanks for sharing, I like to see other modellers builds and the finished product before I start mine, always so many good ideas.
Hi John, that was a absolutely outstanding build, of a very old kit, I remember build the same kit way back in the 1970's, I think the only thingbthat lets the kit down is scale thickness of the spokes, again congratulations on a build well done, best regards from Australia 👌👍👌👍👌👍
Hi John, hope all good with you. Great idea to do the weathering as you progressed the fiddly build. Very nicely done and not overcooked. Great work. Regards JH⚓
Thank you Rick, it’s really hard for me to spend my time building model like this, because you tube won’t recommend armour builds to subscribers, but I wanted to build this kit for me own personal collection
@@JohnbuildsiconicThat's interesting because I do get this recommended topic in You Tube. I subscribe to a local hobby shop in Arizona who builds military equipment, and another channel does as well, and I get a list of other channels doing the same thing, which is how I found them. ummm?🤔
@rickgregory9616 you tube is very hard to understand, I’ve got almost 15,000 subscribers, and after 6 hours, so far RUclips have only spent 50 notifications to my subscribers that I’ve upload this video
@@Johnbuildsiconic You Tube is run weird, no doubt. I had no idea you can monitor how many of your subscribers have been notified. I can see your point: if no one, or a majority do not get notifications, why spend the time doing the video? But the video is posted which means its accessible. And if subscribers are like me, I periodically go to channels I subscribe to for past videos or to watch one I've seen before, especially build or "how to" videos. I've visited your channel numerous time.
@@Johnbuildsiconic p.s. You're not really wasting your time. Depending how you title and meta-tag your videos, can being in new viewers and potential subscribers. Recently I received a comment on one of my videos; "I just ran across your video . . . you just got a new scriber from. . . " - just a thought. 😀
Hi John I have just finished this build but need a base was yours hand built or purchased , every build you do is superb craftsmanship , this is a pain of a build but builds up nice in the end 👍👍👍👍

Very very nice John.
Cheers Steve, it was released before in March, but back then RUclips wouldn’t recommend my videos, so I removed the video for a later date
Brilliant video John and nice model like it 👍
Thank you, glad you enjoyed

All good Johnny, thank you. I’ve just received my missing parts from the 1/72 caldercraft victory after waiting 10 weeks for them
Excellent! 👍 @@Johnbuildsiconic
If I didn't know it was a plastic model, I would think it was the real thing! You did a fantastic job!
