Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Nintendo Switch Glitch Tutorial - Free Roam as Vegito and Gotenks

Vegito and Gotenks are both highly unstable and will crash your game often. You can place them into slot 2 or 3 however the game will freeze when you try to battle. They cannot camp or talk to most NPC's. Vegito can eat at Chi-Chi's if he is in slot 2 or 3 however he just floats above his chair doing nothing.
If you start the training too fast the game will freeze. There is a large window however it is still timing based. I don't know what happens with other characters (the switch takes ages to load when it freezes) so I use Gohan every time
I do not recommend saving the game as Vegito or Gotenks as when you re-load they will be invisible and have no collision (which allows you to go outside barriers also) I couldn't find a battle either. Make sure you save manually beforehand if you want to try.

Sucks that i have already completed all the training grounds for every character, what i might do is when it is out for consoles ima create a new save and not do all the training grounds and just do this and save when i am super vegito and ill just have that, its gonna be annoying but if this works on consoles then ima do it one way or another, nice video and thank you!

I found a really interesting picture on the Kakarot Reddit of someone free roaming with the actual Super Saiyan Blue Goku model (the one that you can see in the Z Encyclopedia/doesn't de-transform after battle) ((also no aura like the transformation)) & I believe it was done via glitch but Im not 100% sure. I'd link the reddit post or the image its self but it'd be marked as spam. (tried) Figured this might interest you.

This isn't a transformation glitch this is the actual model like mastered super saiyan goku that you can free roam with, with none of the glow/aura like the transformation glitch has
It's exactly the same thing. There's nothing special about his picture.
The picture im talking about was posted by Leading_Win4905 it's not the top post you probably saw with the transformation glitch

You can lose your aura randomly while camping/resting, getting a quick finish, drowning, trying to go outside the map, fishing etc. Anything that resets the camera. It also used to change your dashing aura back to regular Goku's but not anymore. While your transformed aura is gone the same actions can also bring your aura back.
Going into surge at the right time after a fight also did the same thing when the surge runs out in free roam. Though I haven't done it in a while, one of their patches might have changed what happens.
Spirit Bomb also has a chance to mess up your base form if you start a battle transformed. This way also forces your transformed dashing aura into regular Goku's

I hate that they didn't add base form especially since they added a base form model to vegito

So I got nintendo switch version and I'm just having trouble after you kill second to last guy what buttons do you press's to escape like that in the video becasue I have been trying to get out of the battle but it keeps me there so I dont know if there's like some sort of button combination or something or what but yeah can you help me out?
You lock off with the equivalent of R3 and moving backwards. So press in the right analougue and move the left downwards.

how do you unlock gotenks on switch? everytime i run the quest to use gotenks, my switch just crashes. i've been trying this for days and it still keeps crashing at this specific part
I saw this problem in a few places. Keep skipping the scene and it works eventually.
Yo dude so if you know those memes about if goku or vegeta or something like that was super prepared for a fight and he goes through all his transfromations before he even had them well for the switch version I'm gonna do dlc before story and yeah also I havent seen anyone do the dlc before the main story so like I dont even know if theres like new dialogue or what but it at least has to be new for the transformations if you dont have them

What do you even have the Switch for? You never struck me as a Nintendo person.
In case anything I ever like comes out on it exclusively. There was a great deal for 2 of them extremely (EXTREMELY) cheap so I got them. Maybe DS pokemon remakes don't know yet.

Super Saiyan is their base form. Like when you're always Super Saiyan in the Cell Saga.

Free roam is forever. You are Vegito, not the potara

Yes, you need to wait until they start to unfuse while it's loading the fight.

They probably could tbh, I think it's just a marketing tactic. If Nintendo Switch players have the opportunity to try out this feature before everyone else that'll make them more likely to want to by the game.
