    wouldnt it be a bit salty..salt in pan,salt in marinate..?

      These pinchos are truly delicious, although you can always adjust the salt to suit your personal taste. Happy cooking!

      When you put it straight into the pan like that, it creates a nicer crust on the meat. It doesn't come out as salty as you would think either. Give it a try, man!

      Hey. There is no salt in the marinade. Trust me, it will flavour the pinchos perfectly. I made them and they were wonderful :) sortedfood.com/recipe/14345

    This looks really delicious, but this is of course a very decadent meal. So much olive oil.

      Adam Blakley the only problem with olive oil is if you fried it out. Extra Virgin olive oil is the best "fat" you can eat rawly so don't be afraid
