Turbo torque just can’t be match - once went in a RS6 and I kid you not it triggered a old neck whip lash injury I was sold and have wanted one ever since 😂
i find it interesting how Pure Turbos actually say you don't need to fit an upgraded intake at all and the stock one is the best, Ricky had the conversation with them when they fitted his turbos.
Must be a handful in the dry and full code brown in the wet. Do you need upgrades to the transmission for the torque increase? >300lb/ft extra through a standard ‘box and clutch.
Nice build! The CSF radiator is huge. Do you have to enhance the engine cooling system at all? Blocking a lot more of the radiator. Also I’m v on fused about the color(s). It doesn’t look like a wrap. What’s up with that?
In my '03 530 sport I installed the CSF M5 radiator w/Zionsville electric fan shroud. There's only a few millimeters of space between the SPAL fan and the crank pulley.
It's a sick build, but I really don't understand the British obsession with bhp to the point that their dynos read out estimated numbers in bhp instead of just giving whp. Why not just go by what the car makes at the wheels?
With a solution we have just fitted to our own F80 M3 for validation testing right now, that utilises a keyed and pinned design so it cannot slip. Funnily enough this customer is coming back for that and more, and we will be making a video on it all! So make sure you’re subscribed 😉
Build Indian that’s what I was gonna ask lol once the crank hub spins... game over lol I have an f80 and I was gonna upgrade the Max psi crank hub but changed my mind because I only have stage 1 bm3 tune and K&N drop in filters. I’m not sure how much hp the can running now but all I know is I did 11.46 121mph in the 1/4 lol street tires
ali hamzah I have seen crank hubs spin at 500HP, but usually on manual gearbox cars because the rev matching is not effective..I’m not much of an expert on bmws but I’m convinced that most of the crank-hub issues are related to hard down shifting which creates a whiplash at the crank hub...with the proper rev matching there is less of a chance of spinning.... On my F80 I’m running 500hp and will keep it at that...most Ferrari, Porsche and lambos cannot keep up with me anyway because it comes down to driving abilities, technique and not necessarily power....most are posers anyway...lol... If you are driving hard try to use left foot braking and keep your revs up, I used to run Mazda rotaries and this is the only way to rev match..
Build Indian true. Not to mention the kick down on DCT cars and high revving can also cause that. But don’t forget that it’s a rare issue that happens to even stock early and current s55 cars! I don’t know how much power I have now. But I was told that it would make 500whp on bm3 stage 2 93 octane. And yes I’ve put some Porsche’s and noisy v8 muscle cars to shame. Lol
Awesome, that must fly! Does it put the power down? Imagine it must feel a bit of a handful with almost 600 torques trying to break traction...... great install, very clean as always.
Great work, I just wish you guys used fender covers instead of leaning against paint. Fender covers are not that expensive at all and it looks a lot more professional and you wouldn’t have to worry about scratching customers car.
Slobo65 fender covers can be a mixed bag. unless you clean them thoroughly before putting them on every car, it could have a higher chance of scratching the paint. there's lots of dust and other particles flying around that can easily get caught and while leaning against them it'll cause micro scratches. so not necessarily the best solution
@@dylan-nguyen Masking tape and is my go to. I typically cover the upper half of the quarter panel with several strips of wide tape. Kinda like how some drag racers put tape on their rear quarter panels to protect the paint from the rear tires. If you use good tape it won’t leave a residue.
Eventuri have a Supra coming hopefully in September, which we will be helping them go all out on the project with, so will be very similar tuning wise to M140i/M240i, but we have considered an M140i project car at some point also, we appreciate not everyone can afford or wants an M car! We do offer tuning and parts already for these cars too.
The wrap looks good on camera, thought it was paint until they opened the bonnet.
Great vid as always Imran X
It annoys me a little the technicians bending over the wings of the car don’t use those mats they put over them.
These M4/3 have so much potential in terms of performance.
It's like the german version of the mighty Supra turbo!!
Great work guys!👍
indeed, i've been saying that since my 2007 335i which also had a 3.0L with dual turbos! fun cars!
It's actually better then the 2jz most people build them for track use only.. s58 now is the best 6 in the world
Nice work! But, no paint protectors are used by the Techs? I know its a wrap, but still.
As always great filming & good seeing an M4 on your ramps.
Mental upgrade as well 👍🏻👊🏼
Nice m4 i miss mine :( keep up the good work imran i am waiting for your 2020 m3 thats when the fun starts
Love that combo 🤙🏼🤙🏼
🙏
Evolve Automotive Sorry to bother but does your GTS DKG software upgrade work for F10 M5 and the same generation M6?
Thanks!
I have the same car - but a comp pack. Not sure I like the rims on this one but quality upgrades done so far. Keep up the good work.
this will look fantastic in the new place Imran
Love your work, let me know when your open day is ill pop down.

I’d like to see the customer drive reaction.
Great work again Imran, do you guys offer a crank hub upgrade to go with the added power??
Nice build! Stock turbos already leaking, what a rip.
Great video!!! Comparing stock vs stage 2 vs pure turbos!
Very simple way to dial up the power! Also a much smoother map so u can keep the right foot buried!
Yes we like to keep the power progressive low down to make the car more drivable, much more important than peak power.
Wow 600 hp and 600 tq to the wheels is incredible.
that's at the flywheel not the wheels. @7:44 check the left hand side of the graph.
@@aaronhowe3523 no it's at the wheels
Looking good man.
Great work as always Mate
Big respect to the technicians.. that didnt look easy 👌🎩
Big up Hash and Aston 🙏
Have a good evening!!Great Video!
Impressive HP!
where are your glasses from? theyre sick!!!
Does this build have upgraded injectors and fuel pumps?
Must be a handful in the dry and full code brown in the wet.

are the pure stage 2 turbos twin scroll?
Wow.....as always....pure turbos for m6?
Love from Scotland 🏴
Is there a height restriction in the garage? Just with the tech having to keep dropping the bonnet while sending the car up in the air
There’s a mezzanine above the lifts and heaters, it’s just good practice to put the bonnet down. Better safe than sorry.
@@EvolveAutomotive makes sense. Looking forward for seeing the new place sorted

Does meth/water added to diesel and hybrid turbo generate a lot of smoke or you can tune it to avoid smoke?
I think I own this car I would really like to know what all has been done to it

Can you tell me all the mods for the car including stuff for cooling etc and would a build like this be reliable to daily?
You can email us for a quote - sales@evolveautomotive.com
Does it have any upgrade on the crank hub?
Yes he went with the eos h2 hub
Hi, what's your take on the S55 crank hub problem - and do you offer a fix/upgrade?
Do these cars have the crank hub fix?
superb vid as always
I have a question how are you addressing the crank hub issues that occurres when upping the boost

Hi Imran. What kind of price to add the turbos, charge cooler and your tune please? I already have downpipes in.
If you email sales@evolveautomotive.com one of my colleagues can give you a quote on this, thanks!
Actually sounds real nice

Yeah in the dry it grips quite well we try to manage the torque/power in at low rpms

@@EvolveAutomotive what's your recommended power reduction by percentage in 1st and 2nd gear for 550wtq and greater for most grip and less slip?

What tune or you running with the pure turbo upgrade
Our own custom tune
All that money and it’s rolling on fake 666’s 🤦🏻♂️ as always brilliant quality video/work from evolve

They look like V801s

What, if any, is the approach to counter the crank hub issue?
Keyed crank hub
@@scherpebocht I know. I was more interested to hear Evolves thought on the matter as it wasn't brought up in the video.
Dr.Mabuse im sure evolve knows about it, especially imran. If the owner didnt do something about it they wont mention it in the video

You can just jump to stage 2
Has the customer has done any chassis stiffening?
@tjtr_29 you don't need any

Why can’t y’all be in the states I’d love to bring my M3 to y’all to rebuild my s65 😢
