I like Fredericksburg I like the restaurants and the wine and a little pizza restaurant and they have a nice house out there for sale across the street from the library I work in Maryland but the population is so bad it bought down with homeless people in there that's what's so bad about it not nice town just move them homeless people out thank you.
Northern VA is a busy area and continues to grow - traffic and problems associated with being near a big city can be found in most places in Northern VA unfortunately. Thankfully, there are a lot of Rural areas on the outskirts of cities like Fredericksburg. Call me if you are wanting to find one of these gems (540) 779-4190

Don't move here. Stay away from VA. It sucks.
