What about crime and burglary in fredericksburg? I heard it is rated an F. Is it really that bad? Can you tell me which areas are decent? Thanks

Still many places are worse - California, New York, some others. The biggest pro is if you buy a house, it will go up in value in Northern VA, often times significantly over the years.
