Well he's the most fearsome villain besides the God hand. Out of all beings he's definitely the one that has inflicted the largest scale of damage. However, also partly against his own forces which were crushed underneath his feet. We haven't seen the Godhand inflict damage on that scale yet, but Griffith's Apostles were more than a good match (up until the Shiva form that is, which even more demonic released ones have a hard time.). I'd still say Femto and the Godhand are much more terrifying, not only can they manipulate the currents of fate and alter dimensions, but they can also put you in a physical/psychological hell of unfathomable malice.
