ItsJonathanChan Actually I am at the preliminary stage of planning a solo trip to Taiwan (yes,again!) this December. Would love to do sightseeing of 2-3 places that I haven't been to. Besides that, I will be going to Chengdu in mid May. What about you?

yes, formosan aboriginal cultural village first before riding cable car to sun moon lake..so you can enjoy the view and rides in formosan.. this was we did before when we had a tour there.. hehe
In Taichung u really should go to 秋紅谷公園(night time) 草悟道(weekend ~a lot street performERS, 后豐腳踏車道，......逢甲夜市，the biggest night market in Taiwan. Look like u miss these interesting places.
is there a way to get to chingjing from sun moonlake . public transport any advice on how to get to both sunmoonlake and chingjing in one day ? or does one need to spent a day in either one thanks
