Well, the Ninja is outdoor only but has more options as far as cooking. I'd say they're pretty equal as far as pizza making. The Chefman is indoor so you can use it in the winter but has less options. I guess it comes down to what you need more; indoor vs outdoor with more options.
If it can't make a Neapolitan style, it is not worth it. Hard pass. You can make a NY style in the home oven. Who cares if you have to wait a few more minutes.

Hi, to me work great to neapolitan style, I use 65% hydration, 48h fermentation, so, I prefer 2:00, turn and more 0:30 seconds, work perfectly.
Is the black version still stainless or another material?
Great Review 👍
Hi great review. Could you tell me your thoughts on Chefman vs Ninja wood fire electric pizza oven. Is one better? Thanks

Good job !
How long does it take to come up to temp for NY style?
NY: 16 minutes
Pan: 18 minutes
Neapolitan: 16 minutes
Thin Crust: 22 minutes
Frozen: 8 minutes
Looks like a handy little unit! Did you measure if it ACTUALLY got to 800 degrees?
It didn’t get to 800°, the max was about 750°. I put a little text in there that you might have missed.
Love this ❤
Thanks
