i have a tip that may be a little controversial: don’t add up your score at the end of a practice test or paper i think sometimes when you feel you’ve done well and you add up your marks and get low it can be very discouraging! i think the worth of practice Qs is in the questions themselves not the overall mark the overall mark doesn’t show you your strengths or weaknesses but if you focus more on individual questions you can really pinpoint where marks are being dropped plus once you’ve done your real exams, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with your mark as you don’t know that’s how high you’ve been getting! id say even without counting up all your marks you will know if you’re solid on the topic or not and then work from there hope this helps someone ❤
I also love anki, but I feel like it's so unrealistic to do anki flashcards for all subject whilst attend the lectures, then practicing the cards, it takes agess
can someone answer me and help to understand how many practice questions are enough? Like if I wanna revise a topic do I do all 16 pages in one question pdf or just a good hand full that cover and consolidate all of the topic material? guilty of feeling bad if I don’t do every single question despite the feeling of repeating wastefully
For example, today I revised chemical equilibria and instead of doing all 20 odd pdf pages worth of questions that repeated the same thing I just did enough questions that I felt I had covered all I need to practice in good enough detail. I just need to know if this is efficient and effective.
I tend to do topic questions in chunks some one day, some the next day and then mark as I go along i agree that some of the PDFs are just way too long and get me really overwhelmed don’t feel guilty about not finishing them!! take it day by day if you space out your revision it is more likely to stay in your head good luck with your exams ❤
DARLING 👏 I love the posters!???
thank you so much!
OMG I thought I was the only who made mindmaps as I do my flashcards, revolutionary honestly
