One point on OH&S, in a factory site they have footpath lines designating where it should be safe to walk and in nearly every case vehicles have parked over the lines forcing pedestrians into the unsafe work areas. because one would feel safe there if they got hit when they were forced outside the lines it could result in an insurance claim if someone was injured and maybe you should notify them about it and if they get stroppy notify them that you will notify their insurance company of the danger. You can ask for their insurance company name if you can legally access any part of the site... such as fron office.

What a good looking place, The paint work on the building even matched the wood that was not covered up. When the drone seen the full site it did look very impressive with that ship being unloaded.
