Hi Darren, you’ve got your own stunning Bridgerton garden! I can’t wait to see your first flush of rose blooms this year. My climber 'Colibri Farbfestival' just started to grace my garden with explosion of marble colours and lovely scent.🌹

Beautiful. I love your garden tours, everything is looking so lovely. I bought a Desdemona rose recently and she has just started blooming. She smells absolutely delicious! Looking forward to seeing more of your gorgeous Rose's in the next few weeks xx

I love the way you describe your plants, it's like your offering us a delicious flavour from a box of chocolates. You have a vivid imagination Darren and your garden is beautiful.

Hello Ava sweetie! A lovely time of year for you and Darren.💚💚 These are the good old days. This coming January, we shall look upon your wondrous pink clematis with fond memories, but we shan't trouble our thoughts with January whilst we are in May! Apparently our 85 degree hot weather here in Ohio has hurried our blossoms on because the apple blooms etc. are gone, before we had the 85 degree weather though we had a hard freeze, almost no fruit, all blooms frozen even my young , small peach tree that I covered with a large tarp, all frozen. So, perhaps our vile weather explains why you have blooms that are 2 weeks passed for us.
8:48 As I take our bulldog for walks, I have wondered where ARE Darren's roses? But really, it is my roses that I have in massive pots , kept in the 45 degree room all winter, then brought out springtime that are blooming for a solid month. One more advantage of potted roses, early bloom, second advantage, they can be elevated to eye height, 3rd advantage, when bloom ceases on the old centifolia types, the pot can be moved away and a rose with continuous bloom can be put in it's place. And do not forget to plant white alyssum around the base of the rose, it will look gorgeous, partially conceal the pot and integrate the pot into it's environment looking less like a "rose dealership".
Anyhow, your garden is looking verdant, vibrant with life and idyllic, thank you for showing us! Bye, bye Ava sweetie! 'Till later...

Thank you for sharing your garden. Always enjoy seeing what you have going on. Roses are in 1st flush here in southern Tennessee. Munstead Wood first blooms - waited 18 months for it and worth the wait. First saw it on your channel. So double thanks.
    All the best
    Nina

The Montana clematis flowers are redolent of honey AND vanilla, don't you think Darren - like a freshly whipped Cornish ice-cream cone, no less. Add a dash of chocolate aroma - and there you have Mother Nature at her most delicious finest. 🍦👌

It's a laborious job but every Jan/Feb, I cut off every rose leaf that hasn't fallen, so when the new growth starts there are no tatty leaves from last year, which one inevitably carry black spot etc.
