I was hired by a large winery about 6 months ago and your Winecasts have TOTALLY assisted me in learning SO MUCH about wine, wine creation, and, well, just all things wine. Your process is organized, clear, and greatly informative! THANK YOU!
@@TheUnknownWinecaster The company is considering having me train new wine folks and I refer them to your cast as one resource. Thanks. (working the "most visited winery in the US" .. fyi)
You Sir, are most excellent! I've binged several of your videos and thoroughly appreciate your time, effort, presentation and soothing voice. I'm a server in a fine dining Steakhouse, and just learned of the SWE. I was looking into Sommelier training through the Court of Sommeliers, but now I'm considering pursuit of my CWS and possibly the CSS. If you have any insight or advice, it would be most appreciated. Thank you for sharing your knowledge !
Thank you so much for your casts. I plan on working through all of them and note taking. I have a technical background having worked for a food flavor and ingredients company that produced a malo starter culture. Your casts are so to the point, info laden and clear to digest. Please consider writing a book to help fund your journey and time. Put me down for a signed copy!
I haven't done a podcast. I like the fact that videos give me the opportunity to incorporate visual elements into the content; so, I've thought that if I did do a podcast it would take a slightly different orientation than my casts and be more about commentary and discussion as opposed to straight content delivery. It is something I think about quite a bit, though. Do you have any thoughts on the subject of wine podcasting? I'd love to hear them. Cheers!
I am really grateful for your clear, concise and concrete methodology!!! I have learned so much and i use your info all the time!!!

Thank you! Congratulations on your job and I'm glad the casts are helpful. It means a lot to me to hear that. Cheers!

These casts are invaluable, with this among them. You've created at least one new (aspiring) wine snob!
Thank you! Glad you're enjoying them and finding them helpful. Enjoy your wine journey and cheers!

So interesting and educational! Thank you!
Excellent content!
Thank you for your videos. I have learnt a lot. Can you do a cast on dessert wine?
Great suggestion. I've been thinking about one for a while, so hopefully you'll see a cast on dessert styles sooner rather than later. Cheers!
Learned something as usual. Blueish rim = light acid.👍
Can I use the free choice flash profiling for wine evaluation and how to design the questions?
Great info thanks!!
