Best wine channel I’ve found. Crisp and clear and remarkably egoless. Beautifully done.

Thank you for the video. The word "proseka" is still in use in Russia. It means not exactly wood path, but "narrow strip in the forest, cleared of tree". "sek" means "to cut" (trees for this case).I've alread heard this tale but it sounded strange to me, and now when I learned from you that this wine is produced on boarder with slavic nation it perfectly explains. Cheers!

Wow! I wouldn’t mind trying a Traditional Method Prosecco! We used to like Ménage a Trois Prosecco until we found that we like Lamarka Prosecco much better!!!

Well done! Very accurate and informative. I'm impressed on how well you pronounce the words Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, quite a mouth full! Please, check the accent on the word Asolo! it's on the first A , A-solo and not A-SO-lo. Thanks.

Details on fleek! I am still in need of tasting my first Col Fondo. As delicious and refreshing a general prosecco may be, we all should travel a little further to see what else is out there! Any personal experiences on Ancestrale Prosecco vs Charmat Prosseco?

I haven't had a col fondo, either. They can be challenging to find outside of Italy. I'm told that the extended time on the lees/deposit makes for more interesting nuances of character and that producers of col fondo Prosecco tend to take full advantage of the option to devote up to 15% of the volume to grapes other than Glera and, in homage to the style, that they favor using local varieties over international. So, it sounds pretty interesting, and I'm pumped to try the style; it's just a matter of getting the stars to align so I can try some. Cheers!

@@TheUnknownWinecaster I sell this col fondo in the retail section of the wine bar/restaurant where I work in South Orange County, CA.

It's gorgeous! And will probably be the Prosecco I drink on the regular.
      Thanks for everything you do!!
