@@Zeffyras Someone should go thorogh all those old polygon pushers that arn't supported anymore, and steal all those useful features that seem to have dissappeared :-)
should an apply scale modifier added to script so the user dont need to apply when it scaled. an IF statement might do the trick. just my 2 cents or it cant be done.
Could it also be a modifiyer so we could add/remove slices after the fact. I used to use this fuction heaps in LW for doing things like the curved Universal pictures logo. be nice to adjust the slices if more or less turn out to be required. LW never had anything like that cause the effect was 'baked' into the poly's.
Hay, that's great! I think Lightwave did that sort of fuction 'back in the day' :-)
Yeah, I think XSI had this too, like in ~2006 :D

Exactly, I believe it was called Slice as well-- and that's where I got the idea from. Silly Blender doesn't have this feature.
Awesome work
What a great guy
Does this basically do the same as Diceit in Hard Ops?
Yes, similar but not exactly. Actually, DiceIt was my suggestion to the Hard Ops team. masterxeon is a close friend.
Chipp does it again. Thanks Chipp!
Thanks for the video! What the name of the addon that gives the possibility to Apply all modifiers via 1 button?
Modifier Tools (comes with Blender, just turn it on in prefs)
Hey chip can't find the slice it's not coming up in my tools any advice thanks mate
It's in the tools tab
why if there's boxcutter's slice ?
Uses a different algorithm.

No. There are instances when you don't want to apply scale automatically. Probably best is an error saying not possible as scale is not unified.
@@DaveTimperley Yeah, that would be perfect. Unfortunately Blender doesn't let addon developers create modifiers.
I say DICE !!
You say tomato, I say potato
He says it is free, but it's not. it's 12 dollars a year. (1 dollar monthly patreon subscription model)
Geez-- can't you read? You can get it free on Discord. cw1.me/discord
I mean, dude, even if it was not free, it's 1$ a month and after that you can unsub and still have it...
