Great concept
Not a bad design, except for the front door. It opens directly into the fairly small sitting room, making the space even smaller. I would also add a box bay to the front wall of the sitting room. It would add that bit of visual space and interest that would make it feel much larger. This house is roughly the size of many houses in Toronto that were built in the late 40s through the 70s. Those, however, had a small vestibule as an air lock, plus a proper sitting room with separate dining room and separate kitchen, plus two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a staircase leading to the basement.
I like that some thought has been given to economies of plumbing, and standard size windows which would be inexpensive.

I'd modify a few things, but otherwise a very comfortable design. I could so relax in this home.
I could see a couple minor changes I’d make but overall it’s pretty cute! I’m not usually a fan of a real modernistic looking exterior but this is nice.

eto na ata gusto ko style ipatayo. napaka simple ng design pero modern. sakto lang ang laki ng terrace palalakihin ko nlng yung space sa right side para medyo maluwag ang mga kwarto.

Hello po! Pwede po ba makarequest ng ganitong design din pero pagpapalitin lang ng pwesto ang rooms and yung side ng living, dining, kitchen and CR? Then yung higher roof ay yung sa side ng kwarto? Ganitong design po kasi ang gusto kong ipagawa lalo na yung interior nito pero yung arrangement po sana na sinabi ko.. baka po pwedeng makarequest sa inyo. Salamat po! God bless!
