@@BlueChipDesign nice ❣️❣️if you were to extend the dimensions to 9x12 (near 1000square feet) where would you put the extra space at? For me at the master suite and the 2nd bathroom so the sink fits in there too. Don’t like the sink outside in the hallway

Lovely but I think it would be more practical and convenient as well as aesthetically pleasing to put the washing machine and dryer in the nook where the sink is and move the sink into the common T&B. And to hide the laundry nook, I’d install a folding or sliding door. Guests don’t have to see the laundry area wherever it’s located and they’ll probably want to wash their hands inside the bathroom right after they use the toilet.

Gusto ko talaga to yung mga design na bahay na malayu ang CR sa pagkainan. Ang pangit kasi nun pano pag mabaho ang tae mo tapos pag bukas mo lumilingasaw ang amoy tapos malapit pa naman sa pagkainan. Hahahaha ganda ng design.

Can i request? 50sqm without parking 3bedrooms bungalow type or 50sqm 2 storey type 3bedrooms but the one bedroom was on the ground floor it’s for elderly. Big thanks. More designs to come. 👍🏼 👍🏼

Hello, if i may request design for 100 sqm lot area, bongalow, car park, space for garden or little nipa hut, kitchen (a bit bigger with island table) 3 bedroom, 1 common toilet/bath. If granted i would be much grateful😊
