Great story! I feel like Cliff's cousin may have known a lot more, because the next-door neighbor said he told him about these creatures. Unless he never had an encounter with them.

I was watching a documentary yesterday and at the end it had recordings done in the 70s of these Bigfoot talking back and forth.. I was just amazed at how bizarre it sounded.

Hi F Gray, I believe you are referring to "The Sierra Sounds" that were captured by Ron Morehead at the Sierra Camp in 1972. Those recordings are incredibly interesting, same with the accounts of activity they experienced in the area as well.

Hey we miss your stories. We know you're busy with a newer job and kids...well, yes I can relate about looking after little ones!
There really weren't many folks using cell phones back in 1989 so this family couldn't just easily pull out a cell phone and call for help right away. Plus his cousins house was up to 100 yards away, that's pretty far. Maybe they wanted more privacy or the terrain didn't permit a tent trailer to be any closer. The neighbor wasn't really helpful, slamming the door.
My brother had an encounter while camping with his family and a relative near Bralorne, BC back in the summer of 1989. I want to start writing about all of our families encounters and experiences. Just my immediate family alone have had about six possibly seven experiences, and recently my unbelieving husband saw a sasquatch last month. He used to tease me and say "what are you doing watching non-bigfoot on RUclips?". Well, that's changed now! He started believing after things started happening. Like getting pebbles thrown at our vehicle while driving home one night on a forested highway, there was no vehicles around or anyone. Out of the blue we hear ping, ping, ping, ping. Little chips of paint could be seen along the driver's side later. It was crazy. We're in BC, in a very active area of the province.
