I can’t seem to not get my client’s
backs soaking wet along with flooding my floor. There always seems to be a gap between their neck and the sink. Since it’s one unit, I cannot put the cape outside of the chair, so what is the secret? I’m ready to get rid of it and go old school, at least I could control how the chair is lined up. I’ve tried for 3 weeks but I’m always apologizing and/or wiping up my floor. Advice please!
