One of the coolest things I've seen.

so cool... it's like everything is completely unstable, imagine if you're vision was like this... seeing everything constantly tremble like an earthquake

This weird worbling affect produced by the motion amplification is quite similar to what surfaces appear to do while on mushrooms. Though these videos are without the wacky colors and vivid imagery of course.

      How do you know 🤣

@@Zi7ar21 ? It's not an uncommon topic of discussion and it isn't hard to come by people that have done mushrooms
You know how there are common jokes with "aesthetics" based off them and sometimes even drug culture? How do you think *they* came about? Makes sense?

Regular lighting has a strobe effect, there should be some 60Hz flicker in the video, was it removed in post?

They don’t have to remove it. The software has a slider so that you can selectively amplify specific frequencies. You adjust the slider until you see motion, and that tells you the frequency of the vibration. If, as in this example, the motion is occurring at 11.2 hz, then you can rule out flickering of the lights as being an issue. Its a pretty fascinating technology. It can even isolate and identify precisely the plane of rotational dislocation and plot the motion in space.
