The problem is that we can get lost in finding, creating and tweaking the right system. I feel it's an endless form of procrastination... It is an important topic worth exploring for sure.
Thank you so much for the comment and continued support! Your point brings up something that is always on my mind; the balance between prep and action. I feel this video is a step in the right direction for the channel and definitely not the last one on the topic!
Thank you so much for the video, I hope organizing myself will help me in my artist way and take me out of constant depression and from the feeling of marking time
Thank you for the comment! Art and mental health are still difficult topics to talk about, so I commend you for your openness! I am sorry to hear you are going through a rough time and I hope I can help in some way. Up until recently I was also struggling with depression and anxiety which were huge hurdles to get started with anything, most of all art. Although it can be challenging, making systems and commitments when you have some clarity can help your future struggling self. For me, I also found that seeing some kind of progress could start me on a positive loop instead of a negative one, so setting reasonable goals can set you up for more success. Regardless I hope your situation improves. It can be difficult to do so on your own though, and if things do not improve I do highly recommend counseling or therapy if it is accessible to you. Having a 3rd parties perspective can help reframe your situation, and help put you on the right path! If you have any other concerns feel free to ask and I will try to help!
