why on earth would anyone in thier right mind not like pros doing what they do best , playing great music !!!! i think even the guys in Metallica would like pure honest straight up good playing, Traditional or new grass good playing is good playing, shame on the 2 tone deaf folks who didn't like this performance.
The fact that 2 people gave a thumbs down is indicative of 2 people that have a "tin ear" The high lonesome sound has no rivals in the area of pulling on the heart strings. Ab"soul"utely beautiful.
It's not often Neumann U47 microphones are used in live performances...not just one, but at least three. (unless they're lookalikes) High class production. Too bad Alison doesn't do more of this type of music. That crossover whispering stuff she does (when you say nothing...) doesn't do much for me. Obviously, a lot of others like it…enjoy!
