This is a Plazma Burst 3 development update video I have originally uploaded to my Patreon page on July 6, 2023 ( about year ago :O ). A lot has changed since then.
Hi Eric I have a question for you is there any chance that pb3 will come out in 2025 sorry to ask, I'm actually an Big fan of this game I played it since my childhood
the graphics are really cool, and the bridge breaks seamlessly when hit. the AI can walljump and press buttons. i really cant wait to try this game once its published.

I can't wait to play this masterpiece of a series. I still remember when I first played the first game in 2009 in middle school on a computer in the fifth grade. I thought it was a niche thing. Then I played the sequel a few years later, and it blew me away. Ever since I finished the second game I have been waiting for years to see a third installment. With how flash games released I expected a sequel in a few years, but a decade, no, I did not expect that. Better be worth the wait, and so far it has been worth it visually.
I guess PB3 is a solo developer project and I want it to be both good and perhaps even free to play. It kind of does result into long development unfortunately.
I am so f-ing excited for PB3 (Peanut Butter 3). Seriously though.. Plazma burst 2, intrusion 1 and 2 and Raze were the games that marked the most precious era of flash games. I love and respect the fact you are still going brotha. I'll definitely play PB3 if i get the chance. I love the mixed 2D and 3D style of the game. The fact that this was one of the games that literally carried my childhood is insane. Keep doing what you do best. Good luck!

Can't say Intrusion was an inspiration, but it is a cool game nonetheless ^ I do believe Intrusion and Plazma Burst series do try to focus on slightly different gameplay approaches, for example I remember vapgames mentioning that they do not like the idea of faster projectiles in Intrusion series. But that was a long time ago too.
I'm amped plasma burst is one of those games I've been playing since I was a child. I can't wait till we have a new updated version and hopefully it gets the recognition it actually deserves
I'll think about it by the time game will be nearly ready, honestly. I assume something may change during this time period. Game should work in Windows 10/11 and most Linux-based operating systems for sure though. Can't promise Apple stuff, but there might be some hope for Android tablets.
Okay, that AI pathfinding was pretty cool, it's more interesting seeing advanced AI instead of overpowered gear and stats to compensate for a simple AI program

В отдельном потоке и в довольно более низком качестве. Там же не по-пиксельная трассировка, а путем закрашивания многоугольников полученных запуском лучей от каждого источника света. Статичный свет просто запекается в карту теней при запуске уровня, тем же методом, только ещё вторичное освещение генерируется. Потом шейдер объединяет две текстуры через добавления и умножает на diffuse цвет.

Imagine thinking you are safe at a high point on the map and the AI casually starts wall Jumping or Selfboosting against you.
Breakable terrain and 3D looking level editor are pretty exciting, cool to see progress is still being made.

Since I used to play this golden treasure on my parents pc, i wanted the continuation because i thought the game hasnt ended.

Epic idea: Remember the “boss” in the last level of the original PB FTTP? He should be added as the final boss in PS3.
It might not make sense lore-wise, but there are plans to make bosses for PB3.
@@EricGurt Lame, at least make a shorter, eight-foot tall sword wielder that has plenty of health and chases the player for a good amount of time.
