No they’re not. I know since I work on my Acuras and Hondas. 2020 Honda accord had 2 air conditioning leaks. Honda did not want to warrant the defective condenser. Stated the evaporator was also defective and required replacing. Bought the condenser from their parts store and had it replaced. $500 better than $4000 initial quote. I could keep going on but watch your transmissions. Maintenance on those glass transmissions

I’ve worked on 2012 -16 accords before they were ruined with tech like 2.4l 4 cyl and V-6 but no turbos. Their original 2.4l and 3.5, 3.7 paired with 6 speed transmissions👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾. Those were an upgrade from the 5 speed which had problems in some years but those are verifiably reliable. So if your speaking on modern Hondas 1.5l with oil dilution that engine proves your point. My point came from owning Nissans and kias side by side to Hondas. Of course a mechanic is going to know everything wrong with a car but my comment is comparative to other brands. Glass transmissions😂😂 damn why you gotta do em like that, you referring to the 10-spd???
Owning a Honda isn't embarrassing at least they're sales numbers dont show that. This person just needs guidance, they had a vision for performance and or customization and went about it in a not so tasteful way . If I was around this person I would take them under my wing and help them.
@Hondamobilemechanic The industry is lucky to have you. BTW weight of LX has increased over 2022 by 89lbs. And EX has increased over prior EX by 81lbs. The EX now weighs 3280 lbs. That's 276 pounds more than a Civic EX with the same basic engine.
