I'm a rich archive of having bad days. Looking back I can't help being grateful each day that the Lord has taken me through all of them. Certainly during those moments I went through all types of bewildering emotions. Only later would God grant me the serenity to discern the lessons and I thank God for that.
The Bible is God's love letter to His children and it is the best gift we will ever get . God continues to guide me to the narrow path in my life for all eternity . Amen

It was obviously a blessing from the Lord that that spot opened up. Sometimes when we think of our own comfort we tend to bail and miss the opportunity that may have been there later in the week that Jesus orchestrated.

I really felt Ms. Sheila's prayer. Thank you. I'm so sorry her vacation didn't go according to how it should've gone. Perhaps when she's blessed with another one, it'll be awesome. I think she had that experience so that she could share it with us and then bless us with that beautiful and much needed heartfelt prayer. I'd like to end my comment by "saying" that I always assumed (shame on me w/finger wagging) that people in her position are always financially blessed; no "...finances were tight..." type of living. That's a blessing to me to know that I'm not such a screw-up because I'm not wealthy nor even close to a healthy bank account. Oftentimes, I wonder when 'bad things happen one thing right after the other. I start to get angry and become ill-willed. Then I remember the sovereignty of God. I then try to focus on the love of God. This helps me cope.
Like a ship that's tossed and driven battered by an angry sea, when the storms of life are raging, and their fury falls on me, I wonder what I have done that makes this race so hard to run.. Then I say to my soul take courage, the Lord will make a way somehow. The Lord will make a way somehow when beneath the cross we bow. He will take away each sorrow, let him have your burdens now. Lord Jesus help us to keep our eyes on You and not on the storms of life. You are greater than all of our storms. Lord You are with us and You are holding us in Your arms. You will speak to the winds and the waves and make them behave. Help us to keep our eyes on You and not be like Peter who began to sink when He looked at the winds and the waves. Lord You created the winds and the waves. The winds and the waves know Your name. Storms come to remind us who is in control and remind us that there is a God who can say "Peace be still." in the midst of our storms. A God who never leaves us nor forsakes us. A God who brings us to the other side. In the name of the God who calms the winds and the waves we pray. Amen.

Oh my goodness, Sheila! For some reason, I didn't want to do church today. I decided to do Bible studies instead. This popped up in my feed, and it is everything. After my mobile phone went black screen and hasn't come on for a few days, I've been feeling like I'm too busy to deal with it. I have had moments of panic when I can't get into stuff because they send a text to my phone to access so many things. Yesterday, I cast it on the Lord and decided I am going to spend the weekend as we did in the former years when there was no phone. I now feel at peace. This episode was right on time!
Tell me, for a year and a half, first, my wife kicks me out. Then my girls uncle molested most of my grandkids and two if there friends. And now, my daughter just told me I was a horrible parent. Since I became a Christian, its been one thing after another. Unknown tongues, then, hearing demonic entities speaking in unknown tongues in a church. I've had so many failures on my part. And some not my fault. All of it is to much for me. I don't know if I can hang on.
Please hang in there by leaning on Jesus. I have 3 sons who have different types of addictions and mental illness. I trust God to help me through this storm. This too shall pass my friend. God bless you and keep trusting God. I know Isaiah 40 :31 said Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint
@ Daniel Penn Continue to hold on to God's unchanging hands..He will get you through your storms. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths. Run to God's arms and let Him have all your burdens. Don't run away because that is what the enemy wants you to do. God is still in control. God bless you.

Im trying to hold on. I know it is a demonic attack. This whole thing with my daughter was because of a video about the Bible. Im not going through it with you guys. But, I told her it was wrong.
