As usual, a great lesson. i really appreciate your attention to detail. Every time i need to learn something quickly, i try to find one of your tutorials, you never disappoint ! thanks !
Great lesson. I loved the C shaped F maj chief; again reinforcing importance of owning CAGED. You played and explained this brilliantly. So double thumbs up!! Great job.
Nice work and well explained. You taught me No More No More as well. Never played it in the band - couldn't get the vocals - but the guitar was dead on! Thanks, Brother!
Sensational, dude! I sound like a frickin' pro now! Chicks dig me! Honestly, this sounds pretty on-the-head to me - in standard tuning no less! Thanks so much!
I hear ya Chuck! That Bb note isa KEEELIN me on the intro...LOL.Thinkin about tapin it down for the intro with long stripa ductape, then rippin it off with my teeth after bar 8..LOLOL..Been wantin to do this tune for some time now. So glad I found this. Thanks for posting!
Caroline Malone That'll work!. Finally got my R finger to "play ball" BUT, Im findin the Chorus tag is just a bit too high for me vocally (going through 2nd puberty..LOL) so had to drop it B so NOW, Mr R is screamin once again..LOL
Thanks Doc!! I'm far from a beginner & I was just lookin' 4 help on the intro & The Outro after the solo.Really like the fact U didn't spend the whole time talking about picking patterns Etc.. Props.
and could maybe capo at c. I can't wait to get home and play around with this one. did Missouri cover this song? I can't believe I don't just know that. lol. wonderful lesson thanks so much
Bob Lawson hello Bob...really appreciate you checking this out and thanks for the kind post - guitar into Xotic RC Booster - Fulldrive - Fender Princeton.best, dale
hello Michael...thanks for checking this out! It could be several things...light gauge strings can be easy to bend and can make it difficult to keep in tune. If you have a particularly heavy left hand and press hard on the strings it can cause intonation issues. Also make sure your guitar is set up well - the intonation on the guitar itself could be part of the problem. keep rockin, dale
Your tone is ALWAYS spot on. Love it.
Thanks so much for checking this out..greatly appreciated!

dale
Great!!
thanks so much for checking this out!
Thanks Brother!
appreciate you checking it out..thank you, dale.
sure seems like you could do it in Open G too. some of that rift sounds stolen right off of Brown Sugar
i'm sure you could but this one sounds to my ear like it's in standard - the walk down on the E string on chorus is the give away to me.
Except that it was written before Brown Sugar was released, so….
Thank you! Hate alt tuning
Thanks so much for checking this out..greatly appreciated!
That is one hell of a stretch for me. Hand hurts already.
Thanks so much for checking this out..greatly appreciated!
