Thanks for the videos on the cargo conversion. I am in the process of planning to build one and you have given me some great ideas. Thanks for the videos!!
No problem! Thanks for the comment. I've still got some more videos coming... Just have some other stuff to finish first. Tag me on your build so I can check it out, thanks again!
@@danielmid6022 I will let you know when the build starts. Looking at trailers and what size to get. I plan on going on prospecting adventures and going around the west on ventures especially this time of the year. Just noticed you are from Texas. My brother just moved to Weatherford. We are from Montana. 8" of snow and single digits. My brother got it right moving down to your nick of the woods.
I added this style drain to our restored 1964 Fireball Meteor kitchen sink. It drains slooooolyyyyy! If pumped out, may be OK, but having to add complexity is not good.
I would love to find out where are you got that Camco P trap adapter I’m having a hell of a time trying to find it on Amazon but it’s the perfect fit for the cargo trailer that I’m starting to work on that I just purchased
Hey man, thanks a lot for posting these videos. I've been following them on my cargo trailer conversion and have built a good plumbing system quite similar to yours. Planning on living in it full time! What have you done for your insurance? I've been trying to do research to how to properly insure my trailer as I have put around $30k into it. When it's done it will have solar power, a built in fridge, built in stove, plumbed shower/sink, and a composting toliet. Maybe it will classify as an RV? Would greatly appreciate any advice that you might have.
I'm having issues trying to find the shower drain . I have the bottom part from camco but I need to get shower drain and adapter. Can you recall where you bought them? Any info would help thanks in advance...
The drain came with the shower kit from home depot. If I remember correctly, any shower drain will work. U need a 2" pipe inside the drain and then a threaded adapter that screws into the camco trap. Hope that helps!
Thanks. I went to a couple of stores so far and the adapters they all had made it to long. Basically what they gave me is similar drain with 2" section of pipe and then adapter to bring it to 1 1/2" . I need to find that glue in adapter that takes it right to the size
That is what I used , I have it in the sink and the shower. it works great. I have seen so many people put in 2" drain lines. No need.
I didn't know that was an option. Really cool and useful thanks man.

Great video, starting our plumbing next so really useful 👍
Awesome! let me know how it turns out. I have a full shower build upload coming soon as well.

Your incoming gallons per minute may be too high for that drain. We have not have any issues with slow draining. Is your tank vented?
Finally back!
Im Trying LOL! Going through old footage and editing. got a couple more coming out hopefully soon.
@@danielmid6022 Awesome, can't wait. Sick conversion!

Should be a link on the description. Please check and let me know if it's not working. Thanks!
What about air ventilation
How’s it working. I’m starting to plumb the shower on my 60 Shasta and looking for options

What water pump did you use for this conversion? Thanks man great videos
It's a shureflow but I'm not exactly sure which model I got. I think it's linked in the description on one of my build videos
Also do they come in 1”?

Do you still have this camper?
The link is for the bottom black piece. What top part (white part) is that? I've been looking for it but can't find it.
The top "lip" piece that you fit the 2" pipe into (with gasket?) - where did you get that one?
Does this ptrap stop smells or did you still use the hepvo valve?
Maybe a check valve? Watkins Replacement Water Check Valve for Hot Springs Spa, 3/4" - 35233
